Family behind Mathepotamia exploring nature together

About Mathepotamia

Like many families, we love travelling, spending time outdoors, and discovering new places together. Some of our best ideas started during moments away from everyday routines — while hiking, relaxing, playing games together, or simply enjoying time as a family.

That spirit became part of Mathepotamia.

Mathepotamia is a brand by 8wonders GmbH, a family-run company based in Berlin.

We create screen-free games and learning products for real family life: at home, on the go, around the table, or wherever a journey takes you.

Our products are designed so children can explore, practise, and make progress independently, without always needing an adult to explain every step. At the same time, they are playful enough for parents, grandparents, and friends to join in because they want to, not because they have to.

We believe learning works best when it feels natural: curious, hands-on, rewarding, and fun. That is why Mathepotamia products combine meaningful challenges with simple rules, self-checking, and a sense of play.

Whether used during a quiet afternoon at home, on holiday, or as part of everyday family routines, our goal is to make learning feel approachable, flexible, and enjoyable for the whole family.
